The Ultimate High-Protein Vegan Cheese: 4 delicious Flavours!
If there’s one recipe that completely blows up our Instagram page every single time we post it, it’s our high-protein vegan cheese. The videos get hundreds of thousands of views, the comments go wild, and you guys constantly tag us in your creations. So, we figured: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
Why not keep giving you what you love? We’ve taken our famous base recipe and expanded it into four ridiculously delicious, flavour-packed variations.
Destroying Bad Supermarket Cheese (Literally)
Honestly, one of the funnest parts of making these recipe videos for you has been the video intros. Every single time we film one, Paul loves to grab a block of commercial store-bought vegan cheese and find a totally unique way to destroy it.
You guys seem to find it as hilarious as we do! We’ve had blocks sent flying through the air, smashed with a baseball bat, run over by a car, run over by a bicycle, stabbed with a combat knife—you name it. It’s officially become a running gag now, and at this point, we physically can't film a cheese video without creatively annihilating a block of supermarket cheese first. (If you haven't seen the chaotic openings yet, definitely go check out the video clips!)
Why Store-Bought Vegan Cheese is Holding You Back
All jokes aside, there's a reason we love destroying those blocks: from a health, fitness, and flavour perspective, most commercial vegan cheeses are terrible.
Loaded with Coconut Oil: Almost every block or shred on the shelf relies heavily on coconut oil. It’s packed with saturated fat, which isn't doing your heart health or cardiovascular system any favours.
Zero Protein, High Calorie: They offer virtually no nutritional value. You're paying for pure fat and starch, which makes fitting them into a fat loss or physique phase an absolute nightmare.
The Secret to Our Game-Changing Recipe
We wanted a cheese alternative that actually supports your health goals, fuels your muscle building, and tastes incredible. We hit the absolute jackpot with this formula—and best of all, it literally takes 5 minutes to whip up! You just toss everything into a food processor, blend until silky, and you're good to go.
Tofu Base: Creates a silky, ultra-smooth texture without the graininess you often get from standard nut-based recipes. Plus, it cranks the protein content way up.
Almond Flour & Nutritional Yeast: Gives it just enough healthy fat for richness, balanced out with savoury, cheesy goodness and extra B vitamins and zinc.
Superior Macros: High protein, lower fat, and modest calories so you can enjoy cheese daily without sabotaging your physique goals.
How to Use It: Slice it onto whole-grain crackers, toss cubed chunks into a fresh salad, or slather it inside a toasted sandwich in place of a spread.
