50g Protein Vegan “Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups”

(5 Ingredients, 5 Minutes)

Let’s be honest — traditional desserts aren’t usually designed with your health and fitness goals in mind. They’re often packed with excess sugar, fats, and calories that can make them hard to fit into a balanced diet, especially if you’re trying to improve your body composition or hit specific macros.

But that doesn’t mean you have to give up the foods you love.

With a few smart swaps, you can recreate your favourite indulgent treats in a way that actually supports your goals rather than working against them. And today’s recipe is the perfect example of that.

We’ve taken inspiration from the classic Reese’s peanut butter cup and given it a high-protein, plant-based makeover. The result? A rich, chocolatey, peanut-buttery delight that delivers a whopping 52g of protein.

The secret lies in one simple upgrade: powdered peanut butter. Compared to traditional peanut butter, it’s significantly lower in calories and fat while offering more protein per serving. That means you get all the flavour you love, but in a way that’s more macro-friendly and ideal for fat loss or lean muscle goals.

We’ve also kept things incredibly simple. This recipe uses just five ingredients: protein powder, soy yoghurt, dates for natural sweetness, powdered peanut butter, and a layer of melted 100% dark chocolate on top. That’s it. No complicated steps, no long prep time — just mix, layer, and enjoy.

Ready in five minutes, packed with plant protein, and made from incredible ingredients, this is proof that “healthy” and “dessert” can absolutely belong in the same sentence.

Now let’s get to the recipe…
