High-protein brownie batter

If you love the taste of brownie batter but also want something that actually supports your nutrition goals, this High Protein Brownie Batter might become a new favourite.

It’s chocolatey, rich, and packed with chocolate chips — everything you want from brownie batter — but it also delivers a serious protein boost. That means it’s not just a treat, it’s something that can genuinely keep you full and satisfied.

Unlike traditional brownie batter, which is mostly sugar and flour, this version uses Greek-style soya yoghurt, protein powder, flax seeds and oat flour to create a much more balanced snack. The result is indulgent, but with a nutrition profile that actually works in your favour.

It’s perfect when you want something sweet but don’t want the blood sugar crash that often follows dessert.

And the best part? It takes two minutes to make.

Now let’s get to the recipe…
