High-protein chocolate cheesecake

We’ve been doing a lot of experimenting in the kitchen this week, and this might just be our favourite creation yet… and it’s one of the most protein-packed!

Made with just six simple ingredients you’ll likely already have in your fridge or pantry, this recipe keeps things easy while seriously delivering on nutrition. The secret to its impressive macros? Chickpeas, a whole block of firm tofu (yes, really!), and chocolate protein powder. It might sound unexpected, but trust me—you won’t taste the chickpeas or tofu at all. What you will taste is a rich, chocolatey, creamy cheesecake that feels completely indulgent.

One of the best things about this recipe is its versatility. You can switch things up with a splash of orange extract for a chocolate orange twist, add vanilla for a classic flavour, or top it with a simple berry compote to take it to the next level.

It only takes five minutes to make, no fancy techniques are required, and the result is a dessert that feels almost too good to be true. With macros like these, this is the kind of cake you could genuinely enjoy on repeat and still stay aligned with your goals.

Now let’s get cooking…
