WORLD’S QUICKEST HIGH PROTEIN BROWNIES

You won’t believe that these brownies are made with only 3 simple, healthy ingredients! They are decadent, fudgy, and so easy to make!

We know that you have a busy life and hate spending hours in the kitchen cooking, we feel the exact same way! But we also know that you enjoy finding new innovative ways to get in plenty of protein to support your goals.

We created this recipe as an alternative to boring protein shakes, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

447 kcal, protein 33g, carbs 70g, fat 4g

Suggestions:

If you want an even more favourable protein-to-calorie ratio, you can make these with only 2 bananas instead of 3; we’ve tried it, and it works wonderfully.

Add dark chocolate chips for an even tastier brownie!

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium ripe bananas

  • 35g chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder

    …and that’s it!

METHOD:

  1. Mash 3 ripe bananas.

  2. Add 1 heaped scoop of chocolate vegan protein powder and 1 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.

  3. Line an air fryer tray or baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.

  4. Airfry at 170°C/340°F for 20 mins OR oven bake at 170°C/340°F for 25 mins

  5. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
